Film Story: In 1986, in the Republic Of Korea, in the state of Gyunggi, a 2nd lovely and young girl raped is discovered dead and gagged along with her panties. Investigator Park Doo- Investigator Yong and Man -too, two neighborhood investigators that are ignorant and savage with no method, investigate the homicide torturing the defendants and utilizing violence, with no effect that is useful.
